Hymini Add on Solar Power Electric Panel uses the power of the sun to recharge your Hymini battery and USB devices. Use to add to the Hymini power storage unit on sunny days. Linked in series, and in full sun each supplies 5V at 140mAh (up to 4 linked) which raises the system recharge rate to about 560mAH.
Note: This item MUST be used with the Hymini Deluxe KIT or a Hymini item.
Each solar panel (one included in kit) provides a charge rate of 140mAh at 5.0V (0.7 Watts) in full sun.
Additional (optional) Solar panels can be connected in series (up to 4 for for 560mAH) to increase the charging rate.
With 4 panels in series you can fully charge the Hymini in about 2 hours (assumes ~15% base charge).
The solar panels are specially constructed using lightweight panels and a sturdy, yet ultralight cardboard/foam - to create a compact, efficient, lightweight form factor that is perfect for backpackers. Small and Light.
